WARM-UP:

10-meter handstand walk or bear crawl => forward roll
3 broad jumps => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops, each leg
5 burpees => 5 mountain climbers => 10 jumping jacks
FOCUS:
Overhead squat – focus on active shoulders and stacking on the lats in overhead position
WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 8:00-10:00
10 box jumps, 12”-24”
8 push-ups
6 overhead squats, PVC-15# barbell
