GET READY:

9 incline push-ups

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 12:00-15:00
400-meter run
10 dumbbell push presses
10 ring rows

SKILL:
3x
10 dumbbell rows each arm
10 dumbbell skull crushers

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 each side – triceps stretch
