25 jumping jacks => 3 broad jumps
15 grasshoppers => 3 cartwheels
50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter side shuffle

FOCUS:
Lunge – focus on hip mechanics and vertical shin during down phase

GET READY:
2x
30 seconds each side – Spiderman stretch
10 Cossacks

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
12 walking lunges
6 jumping squats
100-meter high-knee skip

SKILL:
3x
1:00 side plank each side
15-30-second L-sit

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch
1:00 – glute smash
