WARM-UP:

Handstand hold/attempt => handstand walk or bear crawl => forward roll => cartwheel
10 blocked hops => 10 one-legged hops each leg => 3 broad jumps => 4 one-legged broad jumps
Speed ladder => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter back pedal

FOCUS:
Hollow hold – spine position

GET READY:
2x
5 hanging leg lifts
15-second hanging hollow hold

WORKOUT:
EMOM for 10:00
10-second hollow hold on ground => 20 flutter kicks

SKILL:
5:00
Practice skaters and skater progressions

MOBILITY:
1:00 – abdominal stretch
