1:00 Spiderman stretch
10 walking lunges
10 bandy side steps or lateral leg raises

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING:
Not For Time
3 cleans
10 toes-to-bar
Add 5 pounds each round until failure in technique or strength. Shoot for 5-7 rounds

MOBILITY:
Yoga
