Slamballs, 20#/14#
Sit-ups

CONDITIONING:
Partner workout
2 weighted hillbilly prowler passes
100-meter run together

Partner 1 completes passes, then Partner 2 completes passes, then partners run together. Add 10#-25# each round until failure.

MOBILITY:
Yoga
