PREP:
10 arm circles, forward and backward
5 push-ups
5 powerball shots

STRENGTH:
Floor press
1 x 3, 1 x AMAP

CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 10:00
3 dumbbell shoulder or floor press
6-9 push-ups
20-30 weighted box step-ups

ACCESSORY:
2x
5-10 toes-to-bar or hanging leg raises
10-20 sit-ups

MOBILITY:
Triceps smash and stretch
Overhead shoulder distraction
