WARM-UP:
5x
10 push-ups
Bear crawl square
10 dumbbell shoulder presses
1:00 – bike, legs only

CONDITIONING:
Death by 2 hillbilly prowler passes => box jump-overs
Prowler pushes stay constant at 2 every minute; box jump-overs increase by 1 repetition each minute until failure

MOBILITY:
Yoga
