A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

Tic Tac Toe – Form two teams and arrange 9 hula hoops in the shape of a tic tac toe grid. Use two sets of 3 items of the same color (eg, 3 red and 3 blue lacrosse balls or rags). One member from each team sprints to the hoops to place an object and sprints back. Then the next pair goes.

FOCUS:
Hollow holds on floor
Hollow holds on bars

GET READY:
1:00 each side – twisted cross
1:00 – sitting hamstring stretch (knees straightened, toes pointing up, tall flat back, hinge at hip)

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
5 push-ups
10 sit-ups
15 box squats

GAME:
Pillow case races
