Press – practice using two dodgeballs and ½-length pool noodle
Shuttle runs up to three different lines and have kids tag line with right hand or left hand
Obstacle Course – Use the following:
Speed ladder (any way through)
Cones to bear crawl around
A PVC maze
½-length pool noodle or two dodgeballs for presses
Possum Foot Fight – Using a low bar such as a parallel bar set with crash mat staged below, have kids remove shoes and, in pairs, have them foot wrestle (no kicking, only pushing on the opponents feet) while hanging.
