WARM-UP:

10 bandy sidesteps
10 low lateral box step-ups (using anywhere from a 25-pound plate to 12″ box)
30-second balance drill
100-meter run

STRENGTH:
Dumbbell box squat
2 x 10
Box set at height where perfect mechanics can be maintained.

CONDITIONING:
3 rounds
5-10 burpees
12-20 walking lunges

CASH OUT:
3x

5-15 ring rows
