10 PVC good mornings
30-second bottom of the squat
CONDITIONING:
2 x AMRAP in 3:00, rest 2:00 between
6 kettlebell swings
6 goblet squats
SKILL:
3x
5 banded woodchoppers each side
10 light dumbbell plank pass-throughs
MOBILITY:
1:00 pigeon pose each side
1:00 couch stretch each side
