A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Bottom of the Squat Dance Party
FOCUS:
Simon Says w/thruster and front squat; rotate kids as Simon
GET READY:
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
1:00 – PVC pass-through over shoulders
CONDITIONING:
Please provide a pile of loose LEGOs and a small LEGO structure to each kid.
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 box squats
3 pull-ups
Add 1 LEGO first round, 2 LEGOs second round, etc., from pile to structure (must complete LEGO addition within 30 seconds)
GAME:
Free play with LEGOs
EMOM for 12:00
