A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout

WARM-UP:

30 seconds in the bottom of the squat => alligator crawl => crab walk => 2 cartwheels => 2 one-legged broad jumps => 50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter carioca

FOCUS:
Walking  lunge – focus on single-leg stability

GET READY:
2x
30-second Spiderman stretch, each side
10 jumping squats

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
12 walking lunges
12 box jumps
4 x 12-meter  shuttle run

SKILL:
3x
10 PVC good mornings
15 hollow rocks

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – hamstring smash
1:00 each side – hamstring stretch w/rope
