10-meter bear crawl square
10 light dumbbell presses, alternating w/2-3-second hold at top
5 push-ups

STRENGTH:
Floor press
1 x 5, 1 x AMAP

CONDITIONING:
3 rounds
100-meter medicine ball throw
30 double-unders or 20 tuck jumps or 20 box step-ups

ACCESSORY:
3x
10 ring rows

MOBILITY:
Shoulder distraction
Triceps stretch
Calf smash and stretch
