Just wanted to say thanks. I really enjoy following these wods as they encorporate my three areas of focus (mobility, strength, conditioning) so regularly. I also get the sense that a lot of time and energy goes into each wod and the way it proceeds from previous with focus on real athletic development. Not just seeing how much damage one can do to their body in one day. This website is helping me achieve some life-fitness goals. Thanks.
