WARM-UP:

50-meter sprints
Perform one spin and 3 tuck jumps between sprints
FOCUS:
Medicine ball chest throw – keep torso still and hands at chest level; think push-up position
GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose on elbows
1:00 each side – cross body arm stretch
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
5 medicine ball chest throws for distance, 4#-6#
Line kids up back-to-back and have them throw one way in opposite directions
30-meter lunge (in separate area)
GAME:
