The Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout – Explore
PREPARE
FOCUS
Muscles OFF – relax at the bottom of the squat
Stand up
Muscles ON – engage at the bottom of the squat
WARM-UP
Hop around – coach calls out a variety of hops (frog hop, bunny hop, kangaroo hop [like a broad jump]). Kids do two of each as they are called.
