PREPARE
FOCUS:
Squat – Foot position – discuss how feet are stuck to the floor
WARM-UP:
Superhero Tag – Traditional tag, but kids pick a superhero and add their own superpowers
PRACTICE
CONDITIONING:
30 seconds – squat against wall
30 seconds – skip around
30 seconds – plank attempts
30 seconds – spin around
30 seconds – broad jumps
30 seconds – squat against wall
PLAY
GAME:
Limbo – With music playing and a PVC pipe, allow kids to go under the PVC anyway they can.
