A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
SKILL:
Burpee plate jump
WARM-UP:
Musical burpees – Run around crazily. When music stops, kids do burpees.
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 3:00
Bear crawl
2 burpees
Crab walk
2 burpees
GAME:
Avoid the Bomb – Station one child in the center of the play area. Other players should be randomly scattered around the play area with dodgeballs. On “Go,” the player in center will begin to run while other players throw bombs toward the kid who must avoid the bombs. Switch player in center every minute or two.
