Partner 1 – 3 rope climbs
Partner 2 – sandbag clean and throw over 7’-8’ bar until rope climbs are completed

Intermediate
AMRAP in 20:00
Partner 1 – 2 rope climbs
Partner 2 – sandbag clean and throw over 6’- 7’ bar until rope climbs are completed

Beginner
AMRAP in 10:00-20:00
Partner 1 – 2 rope climbs or 3 beginner climbs
Partner 2 – sandbag clean and throw over 5’-6’ bar until rope climbs are completed
