A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Press – “Press to the sky” – Trainer should tap tops of hands to check firmness of press position
WARM-UP:
3x
3 log rolls
3 jumping jacks (you may need to teach the jumping jack)
CONDITIONING:
Stage the area in the shape of a triangle
5 rounds
3 press to the sky
5-meter bear crawl
3 super-slow squats
5-meter bunny hop
3 box step-ups
GAME:
Jumping on the Bed – Use crash mats and gymnastic mats (or similar soft objects), a few pillows and a blanket. Make a “bed” and then have the kids jump on it.
