CONDITIONING:

GAME:
Dragon Tails
Give each player with a “tail” to tuck into the back of his or her waist- band (plastic flags, T-shirts, paper towels, high-top socks, etc.). Players play tag trying to remove the other players’ tails. When a player’s tail is pulled, he or she performs the required exercise before re-entering the game. Exercises can be
rotated every 2-3 minutes; the trainer simply calls out the change.
