WARM-UP:
Play tag using non-dominant hand

FOCUS:
Push press – discuss knees out; use unloaded push press facing the wall drill

GET READY:
1:00 each side – Samson stretch
10 Cossacks

CONDITIONING:
1:00 – jumping jacks
1:00 rest – dead bugs
2:00 – push presses, unloaded-5# dumbbell
1:00 – dead bugs
3:00 – box squats

GAME:
Power ball – push press plus throw for height facing the wall using 4#-6 # Dynamini medicine ball
