A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
On trainer count –
2x
20 jumping jacks
20 mountain climbers
3 forward or log rollsHannaFWDroll

CONDITIONING/GAME:
AMRAP in 10:00-15:00
NINJA course –
First 10 meters set up one or two different-sized stacks for a max jump/hurdle
Second 10 meters army crawl under 4-6 benches, or parallettes or similar objects
Third 10 meters three forward rolls
