GET READY:
1:00 each side – hamstring stretch on floor toes
1:00 each side – Achilles stretch

CONDITIONING:

Review paused-in-middle blocked squats – remember not to let kids go below the point where they can maintain good form
5 paused blocked squats
10-meter side shuffle out => 10-meter side shuffle back
5 jumping jacks
10-meter side shuffle out => 10-meter side shuffle back
10 grasshoppers
10-meter side shuffle out => 10-meter side shuffle back

GAME:
Bottom of the Squat Dance Party with 10-second pauses/freezes
