FOCUS:
Drop portion of DSDS – define as a front squat and show what the position looks like

GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 each side – runner’s stretches

CONDITIONING:
3-4 rounds
1:30 intervals –
Jump rope
Pumpkin relay in a large circle

GAME:
Shell Game using pumpkin hidden under one of three jump boxes
