5 jumping lunges => 5 jumping squats
20 jumping jacks
200-meter run

FOCUS:
Wall ball shot – focus on ball control

GET READY:
2x
10 blocked squats
50-meter side shuffle => 50-meter high-knee skip

WORKOUT:
3-5 rounds
350-500-meter row
10 wall ball shots

SKILL:
2x
10 Bulgarian squats, each leg
20 sit-ups

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
