WARM-UP:
Zigzag ball run around cones – stop to do 3 push presses at middle cone
FOCUS:
Press and push press – bar/movement path; top of press
GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 – arm circles, big and small, forward/backward
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 thruster balls, with dodgeball
12 box squats (box height to back of knee for each athlete, use same box for step-ups today)|
