WARM-UP:

5 super-slow squats => 5 jumping squats
20 mountain climbers
5 super-slow squats => 5 jumping squats
20 pogos

FOCUS:
Squat – focus on maintaining vertical shins in bottom position

GET READY:
2x
10 Cossacks
30 seconds each side – Spiderman stretch

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 6:00-8:00
4 x 10-meter side shuffle
10 squats
10 walking lunges

SKILL:
3x
3 wall walks
1:00 plank on elbows

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
1:00 each side – couch stretch
