FOCUS:
Burpee – run through the six points of the strict movement

GET READY:
2x
10 bandy press-downs
10 inchworms

WORKOUT:
EMOM for 16:00
First – 3-5 strict six-point burpees
Second – double-unders or double-under practice

SKILL/CHALLENGE:
5:00-10:00
Handstand practice

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – triceps smash
1:00 each side – triceps stretch
