GET READY:
1:00 each side – triangle stretch against the wall
1:00 – child’s pose
CONDITIONING:
10 squats
10 frog sit-ups
10 grasshoppers
1 dive roll through the “gymnastic octagon” (or hula hoop with matting below and behind)
