WARM-UP:
200-meter run

200-meter run
1:00 – Spider-Man stretch
200-meter run
1:00 – bottom of the squat

FOCUS:
Squat – proper knee position with toes against plyo-box (ie, box squat progression)

GET READY:
2x
10 Cossacks
10 blocked squats

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 6:00
6 box squats
3 broad jumps

SKILL:
3x
10 skaters
10 toes-to-bar or hanging leg lifts

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch
1:00 – bottom of the squat
