A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Press – choose a Special Leader to demonstrate “holding the sky up” (finish position with active shoulders)
WARM-UP:
3x
10-meter sprint
10-meter bear crawl
CONDITIONING:
3:00-5:00
On trainer’s cue, alternate:
10-meter high-knee skip
3 holding up the sky (3-second hold at top/finish position)
GAME:
Hopscotch (with 1 super-slow squat to begin, and 3 push-ups as each child finishes)
