WARM-UP:

Forward roll => 10-meter bear crawl
30-seconds in the bottom of the squat => 5 super-slow squats
25 jumping jacks
50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter carioca
SKILL:
Press – focus on safe overhead position (neutral spine, ribs down, abs engaged, rooted in heels)
WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 7:00-9:00
6 hang power clean and press, 5# dumbbells-15# barbell
12 mountain climbers
100-meter run
