A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
SKILL:
Air squat – focus on knees out. Have kids circle up and get in squat stance where all feet are touching their neighbors’ feet. Everyone squats at same time and pushes their knees out. Try to push neighbors’ knees in.
WARM-UP:
Squat line! Line kids up. One person squats at a time in an effort to create a wave effect.
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 7:00
3 tuck jumps
Box jump snake
3 air squats
GAME:
Barrel roll races and sack races
