WARM-UP:

Handstand hold/attempt => 10-meter bear crawl
Handstand hold/attempt => 2 forward rolls
10 inchworms inchworm video
100-meter run

SKILL:
Push press – focus on dip mechanics (loading the hips and staying on the heels)

WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 8:00-10:00
10 push presses, 5#-15# dumbbells
10 burpees burpee video
10 toes-to-bar or hanging leg raises Toes to bar video

CHALLENGE:
2x
1:00 overhead dumbbell hold
20 hollow rocks
