A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Muscles OFF – relax at the bottom of the squat
Stand up
Muscles ON – engage at the bottom of the squat
WARM-UP:
Hop around – trainer calls out a variety of hops (frog hop, bunny hop, kangaroo hop [like a broad jump]). Kids do two of each as they are called.
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 5:00
3 squats with muscles on
5 frog hops
3 push-ups
1 spin with a friend (hold hands, feet close, lean back and go around once)
GAME:
Rope swings onto a crash mat
