FOCUS:
Overhead squat – focus on proper shoulder position

GET READY:

1:00 – bottom of the squat

WORKOUT:

10 overhead squats, PVC-15# barbell
50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter back pedal
10 push-ups

SKILL:
5:00
3-point plank practice

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 – Olympic wall squat
