A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout
WARM-UP:
Have kids get in a circle and roll a physio-ball around the circle. Each child is asked to do one front squat after passing the ball to his or her neighbor.
FOCUS:
Pull-up – grip strength; practice monkey swings and hangs
GET READY:
1:00 each side – threaded shoulder, from all fours
1:00 each side – kneeling Achilles stretch
CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 6:00-8:00
3-5 strict pull-ups on p-bars
5 hollow rocks
10-meter tire prowler push
GAME:
Safe While Moving – box jumps
