10-meter alligator crawl
3 cartwheels
200-meter run
FOCUS:
Dip – focus on support position and gymnastics hollow
GET READY:
2x
10 bandy triceps extensions
10 medicine ball chest passes
WORKOUT:
3-5 rounds, rest 2:00 in between
10 bar dips or 10 bench dips
10 incline push-ups
10-meter bear crawl, forward reverse
SKILL:
5:00-10:00
Handstand holds and walks
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 each side – banded bully
