FOCUS:
Squat – box drill – Kids place toes against a plyo-box and perform super-slow squats
GET READY:

10 Cossacks
10 blocked squats
10 Spider-Man lunges
WORKOUT:
3 rounds
15 tempo squats (tempo is 4-second eccentric/down phase w/1-second holds at top and bottom)
30 mountain climbers
SKILL:

10-meter wheelbarrow walk
1:00 – handstand hold against wall
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch
