3 broad jumps => cartwheel => forward roll
10 perfect squats

FOCUS:
Push-up – focus on maintaining plank

GET READY:
2x
10 Cossacks
10 walking toe taps
10 walking lunges

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 strict burpees
10 toes-to-bar or hanging leg raises
50-meter high-knee skip => 50-meter back pedal

SKILL/CHALLENGE:
5:00-10:00
Handstand practice

MOBILITY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 each side – pigeon
