A Brand X Method™ Preschool Workout
FOCUS:
Superman pose – practice holds. Noises, faces and flying poses are encouraged
WARM-UP:
Side shuffle in a large circle; on trainer’s call freeze and do a superman hold
CONDITIONING:
5:00 cap
10-meter run toward a whiteboard where pictures of 3 exercises are drawn. First one there touches an exercise he or she likes and then leads the group in all 3 exercises. Return to start cone and repeat.
GAME:
Pillows and Cones – Knock down cones with pillows. Trainer calls freeze every 30 seconds and kids do 2 burpees.
