A Brand X Method™ Preteen Workout
WARM-UP:
3x
Forward roll => 10-meter bear crawl
Handstand hold/attempt
10 jumping jacks
10 mountain climbers
50-meter carioca => 50-meter high-knee skip
FOCUS:
Snatch balance – teach and practice the snatch balance. Focus on safe overhead position (neutral spine; active, stacked shoulders)
WORKOUT:
5 rounds
10 snatch balance, PVC-15# barbell
200-meter run
CHALLENGE:
Handstand fun – kids get upside-down against wall and attempt tricks called out by trainer, eg, chest tap, rotations.
