SKILL:
Air squat weight in heels
(Bubble wrap under toes, keep the wrap from popping. Afterwards let them go crazy with it)
WARM-UP:
Rope swing
Bear crawl
3 push-ups
3 presses
CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 5:00
3 presses
3 squats
10-meter broad jump
Grab a cone to bring back to start; child with most cones at the end wins
GAME:
Rope swings for distance
