WARM-UP:

1:00 – jump rope/double-under practice
2 broad jumps => 10 one-legged side-to-side hops each leg
FOCUS:
Front squat – bracing and spine; relate to wall ball shot
GET READY:

10 goblet squats
10 banded shoulder presses
WORKOUT:

8 wall ball shots
8 push-ups
8 knees-to-elbows
SKILL:
4-round Tabata sit-ups
4-round Tabata plank holds
4-round Tabata Supermen
MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – pigeon
