WARM-UP:
Handstand hold/attempt => 10-meter alligator crawl
10-15-second active hang
30-seconds in bottom of the squat
15 jumping jacks
10 walking toe touches
5 super-slow squats
SKILL:
Hollow hold – focus on keeping lower back against the ground
WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 8:00-10:00
20 one-legged side-to-side hops over line (10 each leg)
20 flutter kicks
20 walking lunges
CHALLENGE:

Max hollow hold
10 sit-ups
