FOCUS:
Broad jump – practice in blocked style with feet together and regular with feet apart
WARM-UP:
2 rounds
10-meter bear crawl
10-meter bunny hop
1:00 run around
CONDITIONING:
Floppy ladder
5 floppies => 5-meter broad jump
4 floppies => 5-meter broad jump back
3 floppies => 5-meter broad jump
2 floppies => 5-meter broad jump back
1 floppy!
GAME:
Adventure Day! – Climb, hang and swing! Create a mat mountain to climb, a place to practice a 30-second or max hang, and a monkey swing. Run the kids through and repeat.
