Burpee – jump portion
WARM-UP:
10 box step-up-and-overs
CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
1:00 – burpees
1:00 – climb over the mountain (using crash or gymnastic mats to create a mountain)
GAME:
Dragon Tails – Traditional tag using a sock or paper towel as a tail to be pulled to complete a tag.
